        Love The Pilates Loft! The hour flys by and I leave feeling straighter and stronger as well as physically, mentally and socially uplifted. All the instructors are highly competent and especially skilled at making modifications to allow for injuries and inability. Highly recommend this beautiful studio and its team of fun and friendly practitioners. Thanks guys!

        To be honest, it took me a bit of courage to venture in and start my journey to better flexibility. But any nerves soon disappeared after meeting Stephen at the Pilates Loft. Was made to feel very much at ease with his one-on-one guidance. Clear and consist instruction, delivered in a fun and vibrant way. Hes damn good for a laugh. After a few one-in-ones, was placed into a class which only made things progress further, lots of variety and also lots of fun. The flexibility is coming along nicely, thanks team.
