Bay Explorer - Dolphin and Wildlife Cruises

Crew was lovely! Shout out to Emily who drove the boat yesterday and Brenda and Brendon? for always looking for wildlife! Well done! My sister and I did it yesterday and even though we weren't lucky to see dolphins etc (which is mentioned in the T&C's that this can happen so I don't know why so many people react surprised or give one star reviews when it's made clear that it is a cruise and wildlife is unpredictable), hot sunburned and still the time of our lives! I got seasick and Brenda was very helpful in offering pills. It has also been made clear in the briefing that those are available so rather than complaining (like I have read in a few reviews before) just take the pills and save yourself and the crew the stress...easy.. my sister and I would do it again and recommend it. Even if you are "unlucky" to spot "much" wildlife you'll have a great time enjoying the ocean and the great playlist. also saw a penguin and a seal the team was trying very hard to find animals and went beyond and above so I also want to praise this! Thanks team! You've been great!

Last Sunday We were treated to fantastic weather and we went on the Bay Explorer on a dolphin viewing safari. Our skipper Brandan took us out 25 km to water that was 115 m deep, crystal clear, & we found a pod of between eight and 10 Orca Whales.We stayed around them for about 15 minutes watching them cruising through the water, under the boat and generally showing off for us. Time had moved on & we were running late for our return home, but on the way home we came across a pod of approximately 100 common dolphin and we spent another 15 minutes around them. As we started heading home they followed us for a while Moms Dads & babies all swimming & jumping alongside the boat. Our guide & tracker Josh was great, entertaining and informative. This is an outing that one should really try and find time to do. Thanks Brendan and Josh for a great day..

Some reviews are hard to write that can show and capture the pure pleasure of an experience.but I will try. The team at bayexplorers from the amazing, caring and comical captain Brandon to the knowledgable,engaging and friendly crew of lucie and josh, fall nothing shorter than an absolute delight to be with. My life time dream of seeing dolphins couldn't of been any better. Within 30 mins with the skills of this crew we found (not joking) 50 dolphins playing jumping all around the boat. I can only Imagen this is what aquaman must feel like. This accompanied with the bayexplorer team, was an experience like no other. I would kindly like to thank the whole team for an amazing once in a life time moment.
