        8 ppl in the queue, two tellers on. Spent 10 mins in the queue plus two tellers are not open. The manager eventually came to assist people online.

        Wife went in to try get information for setting up a new/but quiet specific account. Was talked down to the whole time by a lady she dealt with and she didn't listen to what was being asked.. pretty shocking considering we have significant business with Westpac.

        I came here to withdraw money and its too much job for the teller to do multiple withdrawals. She asked me to go back everyday and do a few cash out only and go back again and again every other day till all are cashed out. There is no proper explanation on why such a thing. I went the following day and the guy said no cash today thats it. The waiting time on the que is long too. I felt a racism on point of view as I was next inline in the que and when i went to the teller, she moved me to the other teller which is still doing the other customers transaction and i needed to wait for about 30mins. Overall customer experience is poor. Very frustrating. Staff friendliness is 0.5 over 5. I felt not very welcomed at all. I would never transact in this branch anymore.
