        I've been to the branch this afternoon to get a new card cuz i have lost my wallet. I dealt with a lady asked too many personal question, though I've presented my tempoly license for an id, it end up that she cant give me a new card bcuz of lock of identification. She just waste my time rather than told me to come back and bring a valid id. For me its very unprofessional.
