Superb service today from Akiko, I think her name was? We came in for a boys cut and were also offered a lightning bolt design. We came back later in the day for a girls fringe cut, and Akiko finished it with a side pony. So both times we got extra good customer service. My kids were super happy with their haircuts. Thanks!

Terrible service. The guy that cut my hair was fast and rough, clearly wanted to get out of there as it was approaching closing. I had a stamp card I'd been filling in for a couple of years, finally had enough a free hair cut, when I went to use it the girl taking payment didnt say a word or even look up, as though I was some sort of bum, don't have a loyalty program if it's not cool to actually use it?! Now that my card has been used I'll be going elsewhere

I Came in Yesterday with my daughter to have her first ever haircut . The hairdresser was absolutely outstanding she had the patience of a Saint as my little one wiggled and had trouble staying still . Not only the hairdresser but all the other hairdressers in the salon where making sure my daughter was okay and kept giving her words of incouragement and praise for doing so well . It was such a beautiful and wonderful experience for her. Services: Hairstyling, Curly hair, Kids' cuts
