Aneta's Cutz & Colours

Have to agree with another client review, Aneta does not listen to her customers. Its her salon, therefore, her way. She completely ruined my hair by advising I get a colour done at the same time as a perm. I have spoken with other stylists and learnt, this is a big no no! My hair, even 5 months later, is brittle and continues to break off. Aneta accepted no resonsibility at the time when I complained about the colour being completely wrong. I am dark and she coloured it brown which went rusty, not to mention the tightness of the curl. Five months on, I am still struggling with what this woman has done. I do not recommend her as she lacks good customer service skills. Knowledge is power....and this woman wants it at all costs. When a hair dresser doesn't listen to what you as the client wants, leave! Services: Hair coloring, Perms

Aneta is a very profficient hairdresser, but she's not the best at listening to the client. I bought my daughter in yesterday for an undercut to tidy up her hair, while she was growing it out. We showed Aneta a photo of the long term goal hair cut (not for this appointment) and she seemed displeased. I sensed this and asked she was uncomfortable with the cut. I think I offended her as she was verbally hostile towards me during the haircut, telling me that she knew what she was doing and had 40 year experience. I could not politely find a way to get her to stop and by the time she was done restyling my daughters hair there was almost none of it left. This then meant that I had a distraught teenager on my hands for the next 12 hours. I still felt upset this morning so I called to speak with her. My goal was simply to apologise if I had offended her and give her the feedback that maybe she could have stopped and listened or asked what we were looking to achieve rather than charging on with what she though was best. The phone call didn't go at all well, she again wouldn't stop and listen, and then she hung up on me. This is the second time she hasn't listened to what we wanted even when I went in determined to ensure we were clear. Very dissapointed. Service: Hairstyling
