I couldn't find what I was looking for and the staff member at the counter located it for me. Staff member was exceptional and was so happy to help me.

Its probably not the fault of the staff, but the dispensary staff always seem very unhappy in their job and at times are quite anti. I asked for help on Thursday after waiting 30 mins already, and the lady at the dispensary sharply said sorry were serving other people youll have to wait but she didnt listen to me. I was just asked how much longer it would take because Id already been waiting 30 mins or more. I always feel guilty for even asking for my scrips, like Im annoying the staff somehow. Will probably go to the countdown instead now.

Very poor customer service especially from the pharmacy part. The old chook needs to retire

Worst possible experience in a store to this day. Was just having a normal day then as I was walking out the store the apparent store manager stopped me and accused me of stealing when I Cleary didnt have anything on me. Im a regular here and have never had this happen to me. This left me very upset, and everyone outside saw this so was super embarrassed too. Will not be returning. Didnt even apologise after wrongly accusing me of stealing.
