        Terrible service every time. Staff are lazy and unable to complete prescriptions sent electronically from the doctors located upstairs at the mall. The grey short haired pensioner woman who works there is also rude and patronising in the way she speaks to customers. Bargain Chemsit opposite is a far better deal and service.

        I've had to change to this Chemist for my scripts because the Countdown one has moved over to the Palms . It's quite a nice set out store with mostly friendly staff. Well, the second lady that served me was friendly, the first, older lady seemed like she'd rather be somewhere else but perhaps she was having a bad day. I believe in honesty, so time will tell if that bad day was just a one off or if she ends up costing any stars.
