Got a rental car in Christchuch, good price and a nice car. Airport pick up and drop off included. Hassel free service and would be happy to use Yes Rentals again. Book woth them direct to get a good package.

Good car, great service, very accommodating staff. Allowed me to pick up the car a couple of hours earlier; picked me up from the hotel; I was on my way in no time. Return was even easier - just dropped the cars with the keys, got into the shuttle to my terminal, no delays whatsoever.

friendly, and helpful. Nothing to complain - car clean, perfect pick up and drop off service - would use them again (p.s. would be great if you could use a pre damage sheet).

Unfortunately I dont have much good to say about Yes Rentals. We picked up our car from the Christchurch Airport branch to find a very rushed employee who skipped through all the terms & conditions with us, didnt give us any physical or emailed copies of any records or receipts and didnt even tell us anything about the car (petrol type included! We had to guess). Not to mention we were given a fairly old car which happened to have no faults until we were on day 2 of our two week trip around the island! Our car didnt start, I spent 3 hours on the phone with Yes Rentals to which they replied they couldnt do anything about it and I had to get in touch with AA for recovery. I was told by Yes Rentals I had to pay $195 NZD for AA which I could later claim back (no help or guidance on this and still waiting). Thankfully they did come to help, although the Yes Rentals employee on the phone when this occurred was nothing but rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. I wouldnt ever hire a car through Yes Rentals again and I wouldnt recommend anyone else to either! Absolute shambles of a company.
