        Extremely helpful team on the phone and at the depot. Package arrived overseas 4 days before the estimated delivery date. Received text notification throughout the delivery for tracking - really happy with this.

        Very long waiting time in the queue. Made me mad only one staff member, so I left and went to the Bunnings. Came back in 20 min, a couple in front of me was still waiting! Then another staff member came and processed my parcel very quickly. I just suggest to add more staff working on the front line
