Spouting Replacements

I had a quote from Bruce. I paid $735 deposit on 18th August 2021. I have emailed and called once a month since. The emails get ignored and the calls always come with a promise to call me back which never happens. On the 19th January 2022 I emailed Bruce to say the contract was now canceled because I needed to get someone to do the job. I havent heard from him or had my deposit refunded. I do not recommend using this company unless you want your deposit to disappear and the job not done. Very disappointing I went into this with good faith.

Asked for a quote - great to work with at that point, then told him we're keen to accept it and progress forward. 8+ efforts at trying to contact him via phone/text/email over last few months to try and understand when it would be ready, with zero response/communication/effort to respond. Plain awful to work with and certainly not recommended if you're after a reliable tradesman.
