We decided to hire a caravan from the team at NZ4U2U to find out if we would like it. The experience has been a great success - the hiring is contact and painless, and there was nothing that we were not delighted with. Will be back for sure!!

We booked the 2 bedroom caravan in August to go on a trip to NY. The worst customer service, first we were told that the microwave is not working and if we want can cancel the caravan (interested in how the customer service thought we would have urs trip going ahead with no caravan?) After picking up the caravan everything looks ok till we arrive at the first campsite, the water bottle was leaking, the gas bottle had a faulty valve and we couldn't use any electricity or hot water (customers service slowly responded by text messages even not responding to phone calls, that we probably not connecting its correctly and if they will send technician but it's can take up to one day as he coming from Christchurch ) But the worst part was when my daughter was locked in the toilet and she couldn't open the door as the handle was broken and she was terrified screaming, the customer service was saying that is not possible as they are checking the caravans before every trip. Just not RECOMMENDED!!!

We have just recently returned from a 25 day trip of a life time around the South Island. My wife and I hired a bailey Phoenix caravan from NZ4U2U. We and our 3 children have travelled in luxury exploring some of the most beautiful and remote spots on offer. The caravans are immaculate and so homely! Thermostat gas central heating kept the caravan at a perfect temperature during our freedom camping in the mountains, beautiful kitchen to cook in and the caravans are so easy to tow. I will definitely recommend using NZ4U2U caravan Hire, and we will definitely be using this company again. Great communication and service . Thank you so much Luke and Family
