Great food very fresh but disappointed with the girl behind the counter not a smile the hole time I was in the shop and not really listening after she asked what I wanted on my sub so I had to keep repeating my self Not ideal when your in a front of shop situation

When Erin asked if I wanted salt and pepper, I said I did. Then there was an accident where a whole lot of pepper came out onto the end of my sandwich. It was pretty thick. She asked if I wanted her to fix it, but I said no, because I like pepper. It was good. Thanks for the pepper, Erin.

Every time I come in here I am disappointed by the lack of quality customer service and food. I used to be a regular customer months ago and I loved it! The food was always great and the customer service was top notch- notably by a bubbly young woman named Maia. Now, it is apparent that all the experienced employees have left and there is a bunch of trainees who don't know what they are doing. The franchisee clearly has an alarming turnover rate and should seriously improve his treatment of employees.
