Worst service with racist staff..I went to order both the staff was rolling their eyes and they didnt want to serve me. I ordered Veggie pattie and wanted half of that just with lettuce and bbq sauce but the staff put all the salad which i even did not wanted. I let it go as i had a good day and want to have good lunch with my son but Papanui staff did not take long to ruined it. She refused to cut the foot long into half the staff who was serving me went at the back, left my sub unpacked on the shelf. The next staff came out was an assistant manager, but when i asked her about the irrelevant behaviour of the staff, she refused to say anything and just answered I Am NOT MANAGER. Then other staff intervened and explained that because of the oven beeping we could not here it. The question- is it customers fault that your microwave or oven beeps in Subway Papanui? As we are also from Customer service background, but this store do need to sort the bigggggg issue with staff training, so they do not ruin someones day . Worst staff.. and service
