We are delighted with our experience at Kitchen Things. In particular, Carolyn was excellent at quickly understanding our needs and providing information on products that aligned with our requirements. She was personable, pragmatic, and gave us just the right amount of detail. The aftercare service from her was second to none as well. Very satisfied!

I don't know if there is a Timaru branch anymore, but there was a lot of variety. And they were good with telling us information helping us decide what we were going to go with for our kitchen. They worked in good with easy kitchens and our builders.

-Edit- Kitchen and Things have agreed to replace the appliance, so I have changed the rating from one to four stars because it wasn't without fuss. However, the phone call and apology made up for the frustration. ------ Sales people are helpful but the delivered a damaged appliance and then refused to remedy the issue. Overall experience has been terrible which is fairly bitter given you're paying a premium for european appliance and I expected a better service as a result. Make sure that you're home at the time of delivery to inspect the appliance, or purchase elsewhere from someone that supports their customers.
