        Currently Heartland offering the best term deposit rates from 6mths up to 12...thought of opening (new customer) but after reading reviews, nah, change my mind..wonder how this bank is canstar award recipients for consecutive years with such reviews...2 star reflects the average/ my 50-50 feelings to be a new customer

        Unfortunately, bad experience. They unexpectedly set a very low limit for me to withdraw, so I could not access my own emergency fund when I needed it the most! Very disappointing.

        A total waste of time and money. What is the point of having a branch if it doesnt have tellers, eftpos, and cant settle debt. Now that Ive got that off my chest, the one and only good thing is the nice lady that said they were unable to help me yesterday.

        Worst company in New zealand!! would stay far away from this bank or Marac finance , 0% customer service and impossible to contact via phone or email, rubbish App that wont work. cant rate 0 starts enough
