        Flat white was average, the ham and tomato sandwich was tasty. Service was quick. Outside seating is quite nice when you have sunshine, sometimes the tram passes by and can be quite noisy. Would I go again? It's a hmmmm..... Vegetarian options: Feta and cheese quiche, I think
