Sales department is great, car is great. Car service... Now I'd rather go to a nameless garage somewhere in Phillipstown and get it done better. I expected more as from the official dealer service. UPD: After the call and your response here, downgrading it to 1 start. On the call you suggested nothing to deal with the situation. All I heared, is that you value your reputation and... that's all. Besides, you twisted my story up side down. I got my wheels ruined in less than 2 mothns after your service with papers proving that, not 4 as you're trying to present it. I have report from other specialist saying "We beleive the premature rear tyre wear was caused by a wheel alignment out of spec..." which I believe to be true. None of you even bothered to have a look in there. Never again.
