I found Keith to be very helpful, professional and easy to deal with and emailed me the next day to follow up. Sales department is great, car is great. Car service... Now I'd rather go to a nameless garage somewhere in Phillipstown and get it done better. I expected more as from the official dealer service. UPD: After the call and your response here, downgrading it to 1 start. On the call you suggested nothing to deal with the situation. All I heared, is that you value your reputation and... that's all. Besides, you twisted my story up side down. I got my wheels ruined in less than 2 mothns after your service with papers proving that, not 4 as you're trying to present it. I have report from other specialist saying "We beleive the premature rear tyre wear was caused by a wheel alignment out of spec..." which I believe to be true. None of you even bothered to have a look in there. Never again.
