communication is a bit frustrating. Have been looking at a couple of cars and asked for a test drive, however sales did not want to get the car out presumably because the car was parked at the back of the warehouse, the way out was blocked by a few cars on display and getting it out might take some effort. Then he started to make excuses and lecture us how their selling process works is that we need to make sure we are happy and want the car, only by then can we test drive it.. how do I know if I really wanted the car if I didnt even have a chance to test drive it?? Knowing we wanted to trade in , and again, giving a lecture about how our car is not they wanted to resell and that we should be realistic and offered us a low price. Better sell your car yourself if looking at trade in. Coming here because of the good reviews, the cars looked quite clean and well groomed, however the service is a bit frustrating .. dont recommend based on my experience and wont come back again.

Recently purchased a car from the Auto Depot team. Dealt mostly with Nev and have no complaints at all. Great experience and didn't feel pushed or talked into anything. Got what I thought was a fair price for our trade in. I like how the test drive and purchase paperwork was all electronic. If I had to provide a negative it would only be the lack parking. Thanks
