        I have been facing this issue from past 2/3 visit to the city Glassons. The customer service is not good at all whenever I go on the counter I need to ask the staff that I have got an email with my account for my receipts and heard the next staff member asking to other customers that do they have a account or not. Please do educate your staff to treat everyone EQUALLY. Also I tried to complain about the same through customer service but they said need to speak to head in store but really this is so ridiculous. Today also I had the same experience that I asked the staff by myself that I got an email if you could send me my receipts. Apart from that I love to shop from Glassons but I dislike coming in the store because of the customer service.

        though I wish I could fit some of clothes, this Glassons just has no customer service (not the first time I've been in-store, just to look) & though I don't know what the security is like with the items, but the way this store is designed, it could be easy for people to try it out
