Where do I start? One of the worst retail experiences of my life. Went in to get my iPhone 11 repaired, couldn't give me an estimate of how much it would cost for repair, had no idea at all, very unhelpful, went back 10 mins later as this was a work phone that was under business insurance, took 3 people and 1 hour to get this all sorted, then they finally came out with a loan phone iPhone 8 that was smashed on the back so I said, "why would I want to take a broken loan phone when I' bringing in a broken phone to be repaired" spoke to the useless manager and his people skills are awful, was walking away whilst I was speaking to him, so I asked him to look at me when I'm speaking to him, so rude. He told me it's not broken it's just smashed on the back and I was honestly so shocked at his stupidity, imagine taking in a car to get repaired and they give you a car with a smashed windscreen. Rude, unprofessional, lazy customer service skills, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. The people in here are terrible at their jobs and should be ashamed of their awful and lazy customer service skills. The manager was the rudest person I've ever encountered in retail, this man should not be representing Vodafone.
