Get some trouble with my apple id for downloading the app. The person there doesnt even look at on my phone just scroll my screen and app store screen. Not even open the setting menu or anything just straight give me the apple care number

Nutron was a recommendation from another store, so thankful to have found this place. Very informative, prices standard, turn around prompt and fantastic customer service and communication was outstanding.

One of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. The woman working in there seemed irritated we were dropping off a device for a warranty service and asked if we had an appointment, no acknowledgement/hello. The whole process took 30-40mins to complete as we had to prove we owned the device (which wasnt straight forward as the device wasnt functioning properly). Her manner was very rude and dismissive, she acted like our claim wasnt genuine and we didnt understand anything. When I collected the repaired device, I asked for the managers details to pass on some feedback, she questioned me why and refused to provide them. They did a good job of fixing the device under warranty in a timely manner but her attitude was awful, I cant imagine why someone with such poor people skills would work in customer service.
