Orangetheory Fitness Moorhouse Ave

The Moorehouse OTF has a wonderful studio and staff! I came from out of town (SF, CA, USA) to the very early 5:15am class with coach Melissa who brought enthusiasm and excitement while leading a great 60 minute full body workout! Additionally there was one front desk staff on duty whos name I forgot (long blond hair in a low pony) who was also very welcoming. Both girls were very informative and kind; which was very appreciated since from being out of town/country. Im so glad I found this OTF studio to pop into on my last day in Christchurch and was able to get a great workout in while on holiday!

I wish I could give 6 stars or more! I love Orangetheory and look forward to every session the coaches are so supportive and have helped me achieve my goals and more! I was hooked from the first class and you will be too!

I had my first orangetheory experience today in the early morning 5:15 class for a tester session. The staff were very friendly and made the introduction fast and easy. The instructor, Matt, was great! Very friendly, upbeat and keeps everyone motivated and going strong! Exactly what you need the first thing in the morning. The gym was clean and fresh with great modern equipment and the workout was challenging yet easy to follow along with. I highly recommend checking out Orangetheory!!
