        I've been coming 1MR for over 12 months now, and it's awesome! The staff and the crew are great, I was a little put off by class based training but the atmosphere is great, fun and challenging. The gym has been a big part of my personal development the last year, looking forward to more sweat sessions! Would recommend to a friend.
