        Incompetent or just don't care about customers? I arrived to find this shop shut with an illegible note on the door, enquired with staff and were rudely told "NO" when asked if they were open. No information on their website or social media about being shut, all hours and published details described they were open. I would strongly recommend avoiding this shop, as they may not be open (irrespective of what their website says), and you probably don't want to waste your time.

        They stopped serving coffee and ice cream one hour before they close and they wouldn't really be any other reason to go there. Be nice if their hours reflected this or if they could keep the machines open until posted closing time
