Always a good place to shop for clothes. Affordable prices. Staff can be a bit more friendly but I understand it's not easy smiling all day.

Was on chch for the weekend.fab range if boys clothing. We have nothing here on the coast and was really hoping I would be able to shop on line ....was unfortunately not ..never mind next time I'm over I'll be sure to call in

They never pick up the phone when you call them! As mentioned by a previous customer, the staff are perpetually grumpy. I've worked in customer service before, so there's only one reason why: short staffed. Hire more staff so your employees aren't stressed out and grumpy all the time. The clothing quality is average, a premium price for polyester and viscose. Look for cotton items - so much more comfortable on the skin. The sports bras are quite nice, but again you need to be careful about the quality. I've seen some with mesh cut-outs on the straps which doesn't give one confidence about its structural integrity.
