        Decided to stay here due to location. Arrived in room to a broken couch, foam hanging out both sides and cushions sliding down to floor. Rubbish from previous occupants still in bin including lab test results. I left a message at the unattended desk but wasnt called back. Day 2 I asked to have couch replaced as we were having guests in the afternoon. I was told it would be done. It never was. Youd think for $500+ you wouldnt have badly broken furniture to use.
