        Late check in starts at 7pm and you need to contact them through the intercom. I arrived at 7:30 and it took 15 minutes to speak to someone. On a cold wet night its not a pleasant experience standing outside hoping someone is going to answer. In the end another guest let me in and I picked up my key that was left on the counter . I could have been anyone so shocking security too. Not a great start for my stay. Ive amended from 1 to 4 stars as Ive had an awesome response from the Manager to my feedback.
