        Thanks soo much Jane your Pelvic Balance class last night has made a huge difference in my lower back and I managed to get a full nights sleep. A great reminder about the importance of the smaller muscles I often forget about when moving around that are extremely important. I look forward to next week.

        I go to Broga class on Thursdays with Lucien. I always find it to be a superb experience and perfect opportunity to relax and centre myself. I have started a relaxation massage with Cherese recently which never fails to help any aches disappear and infuse me with a relaxed pleasant feeling for the rest of my weekend.
