I browsed PKMC after a friend recommended it to me. The first listing I saw was that of the actual vehicle I ended up buying. Richard met me as I was browsing the dealer lot. He was able to answer all my questions and guide me through the purchase process from reserving the car to driving it off. Special mention goes out to his colleagues who were able to help me out during his holiday break. I've just arrived in New Zealand from the Philippines, and I'm over the moon with my first vehicle purchase and the customer service rendered to me. I had a really great experience from buying at this. They are fast in processing papers and make me get the same day. The sales person was very good. Thanks to Gourav Gupta for doing arrangements. I had a really great experience buying a car from this branch. I'd just moved to the country and needed a car asap. Josh Mills from 85 Moorhouse ave helped my wife and I to pick out our car. He didn't pressure us at all but answered all of the questions we had. We felt like he was very honest and provided helpful advice on each of the cars we looked at.

Bought a red Polo here 4 months ago, the car is good, no any issue except the airbag light was on once but was fixed by them very quickly. Josh is very patient.
