Property Partner

I've been using McKenzie and Property Partner to manage my rental for the past 18 months. McKenzie is an absolute professional, his communication is excellent, he always responds immediately and even better he has a low cost approach to any maintenance and inspections for the property. McKenzie outperformed in terms of the rental income we asked to the point where he covered his own fee. I have recommended Property Partner to clients and friends and all have been blown away by the service provided. I don't usually write reviews but in a world filled with property managers who add no value yet charge too much Property Partner stand out as the best. Highly recommended!

Property Partner has managed my rental property for the past 2 years and during that 2 years they've done an amazing job. McKenzie (the owner) has been fantastic to deal with and someone I can trust and turn to if I have any questions. Their inspections are extremely thorough and the report they provide gives a great insight on all areas of your rental. I would highly recommend Property Partner if you're after a Property Manager that provides an amazing service at a fair price.

I had a pleasure to be McKenzies tenant for One and a half years. He was very professional, supportive and fair. He replied immediately when I had a concern and resolved the issues straight away.
