Thank you to Molly and Carol for looking after us so well. Wed newly arrived back in Chch after 20+ years away, and everything in the rental sphere had changed while we were away. Both Molly and Carol explained what was now needed, and were very encouraging. Carol was so patient and kind on the phone, and knew exactly what we had to do. Molly took a *lot* of extra time at a previous viewing to meet us and let us explain our situation. Without Molly and Carol wed probably still be looking for a home. Instead, were pinching ourselves at our good fortune in finding such a nice place.

Molly and Carina are fantastic, both were always professional and helpful when I needed anything as a tenant. I enjoyed getting to know them both over the nearly 2 years I rented with Harcourts Accomodation.
