Worst company experience ever and Caitlin Blanchfield has to be the worst person who lacks professionalism to talk to its customers. Found out about one of property I applied for was rented because the add was taken out from trademe which is really unprofessional and unfair.

I recently had dealings with Venture Management Christchurch, and all I can say is that I received one of the best ever experiences with property management in my time of renting properties. I had the pleasure of interacting with Kim Jones, who showed exceptional care towards her work, as she struck an intuitive balance between the best interests of not only the landlord, but the tenants/would be tenants, too. I would 100% recommend renting through Venture Management because of this interaction, and I hope to deal with Kim and Venture again in the future.

Venture Management Christchurch have been absolutely fantastic to deal with. Right from viewing the property, to resolving any issues, Sarah has been a pleasure to work with. The whole process of applying to rent a property was easy, and Sarah was quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.
