I had them for short term for my property in addington, they dropped the ball terribly. Delayed in house inspection, we had to chase them for that. The house ended up being in bad condition and then they took the tenants to court was just horrible. It was just too much. They were average in terms of costs, they done the bare minimum of their jobs.

Terrible service, poor management!! I dont recommend them as a house owner!! Didnt do the property inspection as promised, and didnt let us know when tenants werent paying the rent. Very bad service!!

We saw a place and fell in love with it- contacted Fraser Flynn and they made the entire process painless and easy. They were attentive, responsive and eased all our fears about the renting process. Iura took care of us and had us in our new home in less than two weeks- highly, highly recommended!

Fraser Flynn is an amazing property management company with really genuine, helpful and kind property managers. Our time in one of their properties was made so easy and seamless when dealing with the property managers or any incidents that may have concerned them. They always made sure they were able to meet and attend to our needs as well as the property owners. Couldn't recommend them highly enough

I stayed with Jack/Sue's property in Upper Riccarton for almost 2 years. I had one of the best experiences with them. Professional, kind and one of the rare property agents who add the human touch made the experience worth while. If I weren't moving overseas I wouldnt have left the property or rented bigger property from them. Even when I had to head overseas for almost 4 months on a short notice for work purposes, Jack/Sue were so kind as to even giving me a long rope and consideration when it came to routine inspections which I missed a couple. End of lease experience too was awesome as never had a complaint and hopefully for them too. Thanks for everything guys. just wish you had operations here in Australia and I would sure have leased/rented something from you. Hope to cross paths in future for sure. Love and regards, Rohit
