two friends and I applied for a house after viewing one that looked right up our alley. My current landlord was rung and asked extremely inappropriate questions from a property manager with this company stating they were my partner - not my landlord. This is not true and left my current landlord and myself extremely confused and uncomfortable. They then called one of my friends I was moving in with and asked more personal and inappropriate questions to her, none about the house. Luckily we found another house as we realised this company is completely unprofessional and strange, I wouldnt waste my time.

Pip was professional and friendly all throughout our tenancy under Prestige. Never had any issue under her care. She responds within the day, always respectful of our privacy, and always nice and kind to us - like literally always! even when we had many questions the first few weeks from moving in, she just kept listening to us and was just transparent with her answers. Shes a great person and does property management with grace. We wanted to stay under her management, but at the time that we had to move out, Prestige had no available property that suits our new/additional needs. Her attitude towards us inspired us to always keep the place clean, tidy and well-kept. We are thankful and grateful to her for making our stay drama free - Shes factual and not fussy. Really really appreciate her! Prestige is lucky to have her.

Unfortunately they have shown a careless disregard for their tenants, their wellness, safety and their rights. Extremely disappointed to see such unkind and unfair conduct occurring in the industry. I hope they dont take advantage of vulnerable individuals who are not as well informed and dont know their rights and options.

My partner and I had a really smooth experience with Prestige thanks to our property manager Pip, Pip was always good with communication, made things super easy and was always helpful and friendly, would definitely go through Prestige again :)
