Had a booking to view the property, after a half hour wait (me and approx 5 other families) called the manager and found out that property has already been rented somehow just yesterday (before the official viewing day) and our bookings were cancelled, but they couldn't give us a notification because of IT guy's mistake or something. Very disappointed, because we had to change our X-mas plans to be able to view the property.

Alan from the start, showed that they were working for the seller at all times - this proved to be the case throughout the selling process. Alan. Alan and Mira went far beyond the extra mile in following up "interested" buyers frequently to put their offers in before closing date. Lethbridge Real Estate has one simple focus - "We Succeed Together" which you might say is their "Mission Statement" - easy to understand and attainable. But Alan made it clear that in the present market the "consistency" on the amount "above" the RV properties were selling for the "METHOD OF MARKETING" has a significant influence on the sale price. So Alan's method of "Countdown Tender" was explained fully and had produced the most outstanding results in the past. And so it proved to be - as Alan's appraisal proved to be "spot on" at the final sale.
