Pregnant partner had a craving last night (Wednesday) I called to check their opening hours. Closing at 7pm, I raced across town to discover the lights off and doors closed at 6:30pm. Hate it when businesses waste our time.

Drinks expensive. Meal huge disappointment. Dont order the slaw. Its basic and has no taste.

Arrived at 6:15 and was told it was closing even though the website says it closes at 8pm.There were about 5 other customers in the store aswell. Bit disappointing as it was obvious the workers wanted to finish earlier as there was no appropriate reason for the store to be closing so early. Got takeaways and sat outside in the rain.

Today, the rice was half-cooked - I was crunching the grains so I had to return it. I did not receive an apology. Big Guy at the counter marched off in the kitchen and got a new big pot of rice, replaced the old one and binned the whole pot of uncooked rice - he did all these infront of me banging the pots, etc like he was angry he made me nervous. I said , just replace the rice to assure him it was all I want -he was quite scary. He did replace the rice , and said its okay. Like its okay I am asking for a cooked rice that I paid for? Not even a sorry. I was so nervous I dropped my phone. It took quite some time of my lunch time too. Also I noticed he put the garnishes on the food with bare hands which is not ideal especially during these times. I was a returning customer ( tried their food once) and was planning with a friend to try all the dishes but thats now definitely also binned.

What fantastic service and yummy combos...highly recommend pulled pork, and wonton...duck hoisen roll and chicken bites....superb...lovely wrapped for takeaway
