        Units work well but their customer service is terrible. Very hard to get in contact with them.

        Worst customer service!. No one in NZ is there to assist. Calls go to India and they hardly answer calls or reply to emails. They don't understand anything and when they don't know the answer they just hang up the phone. 3 people from India look after whole of NZ & Australia, so you can imagine the level of customer service. I wouldn't recommend using this service. If there's issues it will take months to get hold of someone. Their hours of work differ as well. I would give zero star.
