        Both my wife and I were recommended that Carnegie's was the only decent restaurant in Fairlie, both so happy with our meals and service. The lamb rack and full rack of pork ribs were so huge, we had some for lunch the next day. The outdoor area could be spruced up with a tidy up with all the leaves and marks left on the glass fencing but a restaurant is remembered by their food and service with both getting 10 out of 10. Shame you guys aren't in one of the cities of NZ Parking: Plenty of free parking around the restaurant.

        Burger was ok, fries werent that good - and the service is the worst Ive ever experienced. The old lady (seemed like the one in charge the evening) was rude, obnoxious and left me and my wife flabbergasted. Seemed like the younger waitress was kind of embarrassed of her colleague. Even if the food was good I wouldnt come back. Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly staff.
