        What amazing staff.. Hayley and Jasmine. So genuinely kind and helpful in helping me on the phone to find matching shirt and shorts for my partner, in his sizes, to hold for pick up.         One of the worst customer services Ive ever experienced!!! Left my jumper by the clothing rack right infront of the door and only realized after 10 mins that they have closed. Went back to the store and the 2 ladies didnt even have the common decency to come up but instead shouted allll the way from the counter saying that I should come back tomorrow. Even asked if they could pass it to me on the way out but they refused saying they cant open the door. Perhaps they should be sent for another round of staff training and be reminded about jay jays customer service goals. Ended up with only my T-shirt and shorts freezing all the way home. Absolutely upsetting!
