Ordered 2 dresses, one almost a month ago and the other on the 24th May, website says due mid May, no correspondence or communication I have had to call twice to follow up and asked why I hadnt been notified of delays, to which Chris, as previously mentioned in other posts, told me it was a logistical nightmare to contact everybody, in my line of business this is called, customer service I dont expect a phone call but an email update is the least they could do, First and last time ordering with them

Really happy with the service in store, super friendly and helpful & a great selection. Also ordered items online which were personally delivered when I explained I needed them by the weekend.
