        Had 3 pairs of pants all taken up at the same time but wasn't taken up far enough. But getting this redone for free under their 4 week guarantee policy. Great service. (Original measurement issue was probably shared fault between me and the measuring person, misunderstanding/lack of clarity around how short I was wanting them)

        Actually, I would like to rate them 5 stars as they provide quite a nice service. However, I am a little bit disappointed. It was my first time for the alteration service in New Zealand so I don't really know that they charge the express fee. Even though I prefer to pick up at the certain time, they should communicate clearly that they will charge an extra. I was not in hurry and if I knew about that I would not pick up early.

        WAAAY over priced and does not honour original deal! The ridiculous difficult add is an insult! This is your job, get better skilled if youre finding it too difficult or get another job. Never going back again, constantly getting ripped off and over priced with terrible ethics! Not happy.
