Awesome gym, highly highly recommended. Very convenient as there are no set 'session times'. Plenty of parking. Trainers are very supportive in helping you achieve your goals, whether it be weight loss, cardio, strength, endurance, etc. Trainers/Staff are very helpful and encouraging, always pushed to my limits but have never felt like I'm pushed too far. Help is provided any time during your workout. They also provide plenty of information and support to help reach your goals. Very motivating team. The members are always friendly and welcoming. Everyone is super helpful and will encourage each other, especially in our box-fit sessions. I'm always welcome to bring my daughter to sit on the side while I workout. Awesome, welcoming and friendly environment. Awesome workouts and excellent trainers.

From amazing staff support to new gym workouts everyday I have thoroughly enjoyed my two years journey with 9 Rounds. The trainers are truly supportive, willing to lend a hand whenever in need :) I have always felt welcomed and supported by the warm community rapport present in the gym.

I've been to many gyms and come across many trainers who have different teaching / training styles. I got to say 9Rounds tops them all for me in terms of support and training technique. 9Rounds is flexible with workout times so you will always be able to fit a 30min workout in your day no matter how busy your day may be. Trainers are welcoming and supportive when it comes to meeting your goals at the gym and out of gym (nutrition). I've smashed so many goals in the short time I've been here and I'm loving it. 9Rounds is a VIBE so if your thinking of joining - don't think, just do . P. S my kids love 9ROUNDS too.
