        I was gonna give 5 for great service so far. Just a suggestion. Customers should be informed verbally on their first booking that they'll be charged $20 if appointments are missed. I had to cancel an appointment and called the number half n hour before the scheduled time but went to Voicemail, so I left a detailed msg with my name and time and details. But the receptionist did not get it and said I'll be charged $20 for missed appointment. I've clarified it with her but it's bad I have to explain why it was cancelled. Anyways Thanks heaps

        All most 2 months for a trademill to get here after it was payed for I found them to be dismissive and often changing the story and passing the blame to other workers
