        When I consulted them about prescription sunglasses, one customer service guided me to get my prescription from my previous optical store despite the fact that they were actually on "free same day purchase eye test". When I doubted the possibility they would share that with me, She then suggested "say nice things to them ( the previous store), and they will give you the prescription". Very friendly and kind, but providing advice on the assumption of other store's operating policy could cause trouble.
