        The optometrist was very professional. So I came for my appointment 15 minutes late, and I was told that I missed this appointment. While last time I showed up for my appointment right on time and I had to wait for 10 minutes. It took the staff members over two weeks to send my prescription via email. Amazingly, I have never received it. Thank you Specsavers Riccarton.

        Be prepared to enter a shop that is always busy... and it's for a reason, it's because you will not only meet the best fleet of staff you have ever met, but also receive the BEST service in Christchurch!!! I stupidly went to another optometrist and had the most appalling service.... should have gone to spec savers!!!! Its true!!!
