Unfortunately booking.com double booked my friend & I so we didn't end up staying here but I am giving a 5 star review for Kathy's outstanding efforts in finding us an alternate fantastic place to stay on the same day we were arriving! Not only did she do this but then she also dropped a delicious breakfast hamper off to our room apologising for the mistake (which clearly wasn't even her fault) and giving us the treats that we no doubt would have received had we stayed with her as intended. Thank you Kathy for making our trip that little bit extra special! We will definitely try and stay with you another time!

Absolutely loved staying here. As soon as we arrived we felt right at home. Kathy and Andrew are incredible hosts, they are so friendly and genuine. We enjoyed some good chats with them! The B&B is in nice and quiet location and was lovely and tidy with great facilities, a super comfy bed and a delicious breakfast the next morning. Kathy and Andrew go above and beyond for their guests. I would highly recommend Woodland Estate B&B we hope to be back again soon, thanks!
