        We stayed in one of their apartments. All was good until we left and then they said that they did not allow children. Rather then seeing it as an honest mistake they said they were going to blacklist us from all accommodation in Hanmer! Unbelievable. [UPDATE to REPLY] : My review is not revenge just an honest review of what happened and how i was treated. They say that the property i stayed in was not related to the backpackers, but it has the same owners, run by the same people and the same checkin desk, so you make your judgement. As per other reviews here, see below. They treat guest here badly.
