Polite and helpful staff! Easy service. The car couldve been a bit cleaner though. Cars windscreen was also dirty and wipers didnt work well, so worth checking upon pickup to avoid it being a nightmare to drive when it rains.

The rental staff was very professional and nice, we were not able to use the radio or the nav system of the car because it was only in Japanese. The really annoying part was when we had redelivered the car after attempting to refill the car three time and spilled petrol out of the fuel tank,when the fuel gauge was not properly indicate. we have been charged for 20$, I found it a bit unfair.

The staff were courteous and the car was everything that we expected. It also included an umbrella, a USB adapter and a phone holder. We would definitely recommend this company over Yes car rentals any day!
