Got my kids dinner from here and it was amazing definitely recommend !!

Well wanted to introduce a great place that I remembered to my kids last night. I was wrong. Service was very vague and lost the whole hour and a half we were there. No such thing as up selling or even checking she had the order write by saying it back to all. Instead was relying and an iPad to get everything correct and also do the service cos no one was home. Food came out and I would like to say to the COOKS (not chefs) to put a lot more effort in food prep. Carrot tree stumps should not be sercied like the way it was last night. Carrots were bigger than a giant marshmallow. Asked for a rare staek, got medium, don't cook steaks if you are just guessing you know what you are doing. Oh and I never got my mushroom sauce until 15mins after receiving my meal and then having to get up and ask for it. Also did the same thing to ask for another beer. Thought we were going to have a good night out, unfortunately that was not the case and sorry to say, we won't be back. RiP the reall Cobb & Co. Ps, get rid of the iPads, I'd prefer to be spoken to with eye contact. It's a general thing in customer service.
